Arduino for Autism is a group that helps mentor kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) on how to work with, and code, micro-controllers and microcomputers. Giving kids with ASD a starting point for coding, engineering, 3D printing and modeling, and even game development.
We currently have one group meeting in Charlottetown, PEI, Canada
Our goal is to expand and have local chapters in every town accross the country, please consider supporting.
The Charlottetown chapter worked with “The Inspired City” grant to put interactive light display on their public piano installation. The system tracks how often the piano is used and has a humidity control system inside for damp days.
